Employee Referral Program
Refer Talent, Get Rewarded
Program Guidelines:
- Eligibility: All full-time IIM SKILLS employees are eligible, except HR team members or hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process.
- Referral Rewards: Successfully referring a candidate who is hired and completes the probationary period (90 days) will earn you a reward of ₹5,000 INR.
- Open Positions: Check our current job openings on LinkedIn – IIM SKILLS Jobs or contact HR at shivika.ahuja@iimskills.com for updates.
- Duplicate Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the reward will go to the first referral received.
How the Program Works:
- Identify Talented Individuals: Think of friends, ex-colleagues, or acquaintances whose skills and experiences match our open positions.
- Submit Your Referral: Share your referral via Employee Referral Submission Form or email HR at shivika.ahuja@iimskills.com.
- Confirmation: Our HR team will review your referral and update you on their progress through the hiring process.
- Claim Your Reward: If your referral is hired and successfully completes the 90-day probationary period, you’ll receive a reward of ₹5,000 INR,
