Anyone who wants to build a stable and sustained career in the domain of accounting should attempt the acclaimed ACCA exams. The minimum eligibility criteria for ACCA is that you must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% score from a recognised board.

Some additional criteria to be fulfilled by the candidates include:

Work Experience: ACCA candidates must complete 36 months (3 years of work experience) in roles pertinent to the finance or accounting field. Also known by the name Practical Experience Requirement (PER), candidates can acquire it before, during, or after the culmination of ACCA exams.

NOTE: Please note this experience does not have to be consecutive or from the same employer, allowing for breaks between the employments. This experience could be in audit and assurance, financial accounting and reporting, management accounting, taxation, and other such roles.
