Responsibilities

• Student Guidance & Support: Provide personalized counselling to prospective students on the admissions process, including program details, application procedures, prerequisites, and deadlines.
• Application Review: Assist students in completing their application forms, reviewing documents for completeness, and ensuring eligibility for various programs.
• Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining a friendly, informative, and supportive approach.
• Database Management: Maintain and update student records and track their progress through the application process using the institution’s CRM or admissions system.
• Admissions Presentations: Conduct information sessions, webinars, and campus tours for prospective students, families, and school groups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team, academic departments, and financial aid offices to ensure seamless application processes and address student concerns.
• Admission Counselling: Advise students on available scholarships, financial aid, and loan options, helping them understand tuition costs and available funding opportunities.
• Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support to applicants after the submission of their materials to ensure they meet all admission requirements.
• Reporting: Track admissions trends, and student conversion rates, and provide regular feedback to the admissions director or leadership team.

Responsibilities

The trainer would be required to perform/possess the following tasks/skills:

• Training Delivery: Deliver comprehensive and engaging sessions on financial modeling topics, including 3-statement models, discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation, merger and acquisition (M&A) models, and leveraged buyout (LBO) models.
• Provide detailed instruction on investment banking concepts such as valuation techniques, capital budgeting, and deal structuring.
• Hands-On Guidance: Mentor participants in building, interpreting, and analyzing financial models. Teach techniques for financial statement analysis and decision-making based on operational, market, and strategic factors.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess participant knowledge and skills through constructive evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Market Applications: Equip trainees with skills to perform competitive benchmarking, industry analysis, and market research integral to investment banking roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating, reviewing, and training on 3-statement models, LBO models, M&A models, and valuation frameworks like DCF and relative valuation Deep understanding of IB concepts, financial statements, and capital budgeting techniques
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is mandatory Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with teaching platforms like Zoom
• A passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing in a corporate or academic environment
